Strategy Note: Denham Springs & Juban Crossing

Why this page exists: To capture residential AC repair leads specifically in Livingston Parish, separating them from our main Baton Rouge traffic.

The Schema Strategy:

• Hyper-Local Targeting: We are using coordinates 30.4844, -90.9584. This pins our relevance directly to Juban Crossing, a high-growth area where people search for “AC repair near me” while shopping or at home.

• Zero Keyword Conflict: This page is optimized for “Denham Springs AC Repair.” By keeping this separate from the Home page, we avoid “Keyword Cannibalization,” meaning we don’t force Google to choose between two of our own pages for the same search.

• Google Business Profile (GBP) Boost: Providing search bots with a specific PostalAddress and GeoCoordinates for Denham Springs helps our Map listing appear in the “Local Pack” (the Top 3 map results) for Livingston Parish customers.

• Service Clarity: The schema explicitly lists “AC Repair” and “Maintenance,” telling Google exactly what services we provide in this specific zip code (70726).

1. The Home Page (Baton Rouge Headquarters)

On your AC Repair Home Page, the schema uses 10615 Airline Hwy, Lot 170, Baton Rouge, LA 70816.

• Why: This is your official business address. Google needs to see this on your Home page to verify your main Google Business Profile (GBP). It establishes that you are the primary authority for “Baton Rouge AC Repair.”

2. The Denham Springs Page (Strategic “Service Area”)

For the Denham Springs page, I did not use the Airline Hwy address. Instead, I used a “Service Area” approach in the code.

• The Reason: If you use the exact same Baton Rouge address for every city page, Google might think you are just “spamming” pages for cities where you don’t actually have a physical shop.

• The Solution: In the Denham Springs schema, I used “Serving Denham Springs & Juban Crossing” as the street address line.

• The Result: This tells Google, “I am based in Baton Rouge, but for THIS specific page, my service focus and relevance is entirely in Denham Springs (70726).”

Why the Coordinates are more important than the address:

Even though the text address is different, the GeoCoordinates ($30.4844, -90.9584$) are what really do the heavy lifting.

• By putting those coordinates for Juban Crossing on that page, you are “pinning” your business to that map location.

• When a customer in Denham Springs searches, Google sees your Denham Springs page has a closer “map pin” than your competitors who only list a Baton Rouge address.

Should you change it?

No. Keep them different.

• Your Home Page should always represent your Physical Office.

• Your Denham Springs Page should always represent your Service Area.

This “Local Authority” setup prevents your pages from competing with each other and helps you show up in the “Map Pack” for both cities.
